TV newscasters love to run stories about out of control parents



fighting at youth sporting events. Here is an example of a story

from a TV station in Arkansas last week:

There are no shortage of video cameras at a youth sports event

to capture the "big" news event . But you know what, stuff happens at all sorts of



activities that never makes the evening news because people don't



carry around their video cameras at these events. I bet there are



dozens of outrageous incidents that occur during bowling leagues,



on the golf course, at chili cook offs, and even church choir



rehearsal but no one captures them on video. So we are left with the



impression that youth sports are the root of all outrageous adult



conduct.
